The staff were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated Naomi at reception. She helped with our queries. Ben and Gemma also assisted us with travel options in the city. They took the time to help us plan our next day.
The car park had direct access to the hotel, a very convenient feature. Unfortunately, the parking spaces are quite narrow, a slight inconvenience for larger vehicles when opening doors.

My room had a king-sized bed with crisp linens. A work desk with ample lighting was also included. The bathroom featured complimentary toiletries and fresh towels.

I was impressed with this hotel. The bar area had many seating options. the bedroom featured a mini fridge and ironing board. i especially appreciated the super kingsize bed and its comfort. the breakfast was extensive, including a full english, which i enjoyed.
the car park had an additional daily fee (i was aware of this in advance, however).

spacious interior modern decoration clean room
The hotel's interior looked surprisingly spacious. Decoration throughout the hotel struck me as modern. Staff members provided help when needed and acted friendly. I found the room adequately sized, and it seemed perfectly clean. The bed was confortable.
The kettle in the room was not usable safely. I could not place it on a stand near the tea station to boil water due to the absence of a nearby socket.

The location allowed easy access to key areas of the city. Many bars and restaurants stood within easy walking distance. I appreciated the central placement.

Upon my arrival, a receptionist provided really good assistance, which I value. I noticed every staff member behaved kinda and they offered helpful service. I appreciate that level of attention.

convenient location good restaurant definite benefit
the location was convenient. i walked to a concert at the motor point arena and discovered good restaurants along the way. parking at the hotel was a definite benefit (it made everything much easier).
the car park was easy to find but cost an extra £18 per day with the hotel discount. this additional charge wasn't ideal for my travel budget, i wish it was included in the room rate.

The restaurant and bar area were spacious. (I really liked the design!)
Upon arrival, the car park proved easy to locate. it cost an additional £18 per day with the hotel discount, disappointing. The parking spaces were also very narrow. This made getting in and out of the car difficult.
